  • Electronics and Home Needs products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund eligibility.
  • Electrical EVs and Real Estate services are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order/booking is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (except in the case of defects).
  • Customized or specially ordered items.
  • Services related to Real Estate or EV bookings after confirmation.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with order details.
